Additional information
Minimum hire period Victoria dates: 3 days off peak 4 days for public holiday weekends 5 days for school holidays 7 days for Christmas holidays Pick up and drop off times are flexible Please allow extra time for handover, 15min-1hr depending on your experience.
Hiring rules
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning if it has been used, otherwise an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged.
- Hirer must be over the age of 25.
- Hirer must have a 4x4 with electric brakes.
- No pets inside
- No smoking inside
- Please respect our van and return it clean inside and out
- When towing van and reversing, hirer must be cautious. Having a spotter for reversing would be recommended.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
