- Hirer must empty toilet and water tanks before returning.
- Cleanliness is a priority for us as well as respect taken towards your families pride and joy. If it is returned unclean a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Charl 5.0Best camping break away yet. Easy to tow . Lots of space. Well kitted with all you need. We camped at unpowered site and never ran out of bat power and had enough water for 4 days. Fridge runs on gas and kept everything nice and cold. What a treat, will struggle to go back to tent camping
