Hiring rules
- NO smoking inside (including enclosed annex)
- NO festivals
- Hirer age restrictions must be 25 or above
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- RV must return cleaned or risk a fee
- Standard pickup / dropoff times are midday unless otherwise specified
- NO cooking meat inside the van.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Plenty of room with the annex setup and very easy to adjust and move if needed. Jordan was great to communicate with and at drop off and pick up was great in assisting with all aspects. A very cozy caravan that kept us dry and warm through a rainy holiday Will definitely be back for more trips in the future
