Additional information
When booking a site you will want to ensure the site can fit a van that is 20ft once expanded. Bedding: 2 x Queen Beds, 1 x single bed/bunk An outdoor floor mat will be provided at set up. Will consider min of 4 night stay outside of school holidays.
Hiring rules
- No smoking in the caravan
- Range hood must be used when cooking inside
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- If linen is required please strip beds at end of your stay
- Toilet to be emptied and clean
- BBQ to be left clean
- Please leave van at the end of your stay neat and tidy
- No festivals
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- TV can be moved and watched outside
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
