**Towing Requirements for Hirers** To ensure safe and compliant travel, all hirers are required to follow Western Australian towing regulations when operating this caravan: * Towing mirrors must be fitted if the caravan is wider than the tow vehicle or if standard mirrors do not provide a clear and continuous rearward view. * The maximum permitted towing speed in WA is 100 km/h. * A minimum following distance of 60 meters must be maintained from any long vehicle when your combined length is 7.5 meters or more, outside built‑up areas. * All loads must be properly secured to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with WA road‑safety requirements. These measures help protect you, your passengers, and other road users, and they support the safe return of the caravan in excellent condition.

Hiring rules

~ House Rules ~
▪︎ No smoking inside the caravan (strictly enforced).
▪︎ No pets unless prior approval has been given.
▪︎ Towing only with approved vehicles (minimum 2500kg towing capacity).
▪︎ Speed limit: Maximum 100 km/h when towing.
▪︎ Gas bottles must be returned full (or refilling costs apply).
▪︎ Awning care: Must be retracted in windy weather to avoid damage (repairs are costly).
▪︎ Damage & breakages must be reported on return honesty helps us turn the van around quickly for the next hirer.
▪︎ Hirers are responsible for ensuring the van is safely set up at all times.

Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $140.00 per day
Service fee: $200.00
Delivery fee: $1.20 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
