If the delivery destination is 100kms then the charge would be $400.00. * The fee also includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. * Delivery is subject to driver availability. 2. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? * The Elecbrakes Bluetooth electric brake controller. * Towing mirrors. * Gas * Standard clean & amenities for the caravan * Thorough hand-over ** The service fee DOES NOT cover things like emptying of the chemical toilet or a muddy / heavily soiled van. Hiring rules

• ℹ️ GENERAL: ℹ️
• No Smoking in or near the caravan
• No loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard.
• Ensure the the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly. (if you are not sure where to pack things asks us)
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads. The Gecko is a semi off road van, but your insurance will not cover off road damage.
• Sheets must be used on the beds even when using a sleeping bag (this is to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt Thank you
• Report any damage to us, even if minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire (accidents happen so if its something minor like a broken glass etc, we won't charge you for that)
• Van must be free of any mud, sand, salt & dust unless you have paid the extra $250.00 for us to do it for you.
• ** Caravan wash facilities can be found in most towns, ask us if you are not sure where to do this **
• Caravan Size: This Van has a total length of 7.6m (25ft). Please quote this size when checking with the caravan park that the Caravan will fit on the site.
• 🧹 CLEANING: 🧹
• All we ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away.
• If it is heavily soiled there will be extra cleaning fees taken out of your bond
• We have included cleaning items for your convenience if needed these include:
• *Dishwashing liquid *Multipurpose surface spray *Broom *Clothes & Dish sponge *Tea Towels
• 🆘 EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS 🆘
• If an accident occurs, get off the road, make sure you and your family are stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133. Camplify will advise you how to contact NRMA roadside assist.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately: who, what, where and when will be required.
