Special towing information
Should you need a brake controller then no problem - we provide a plug and play brake controller. This is a premium state of the art Australian designed and manufactured controller (Elecbrakes) that links with your break lites and utilizes a Bluetooth connected remote control. The remote controller simply plugs into your 12 volt power socket in the dashboard. Set up takes less than five minutes! Towing mirrors must be used (we can supply a set if you need).

Caravan includes all the basics to get you going: e.g. electric plug and play brake controller, kitchen and cookware. We can also provide outdoor tables and chairs. Need a Car to tow with? Hiring rules
- Please clean anything used (dishes, cooking utensils, stove top, grill etc) when returned. Linen (if requested) need not be washed as that is included in the additional fee.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
