Toilet must be cleaned and emptied prior to returning caravan. No exceptions, significant charges will apply. Please note, no wet clothes on beds or couches. Caravan can be delivered and set up for an additional cost. EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
