Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tahlia 5.0The owners were so accommodating and delivered the van and set it up for us, the van was completely kitted out with all the things we needed for our stay, the heater kept us toasty on the cold nights and the awning was a nice refuge from the rain and sun. Communication was excellent leading up to our booking, during and afterwards. The van was very clean and in excellent condition and our whole family enjoyed the stay. We would definitely rehire this van again.
