Luca the Leader is set up for off grid camping or the luxury of mains power. - Three way Fridge / Freezer 184L - Electric and Gas stove - Shower & Toilet - Aircon (Main power only) - 190L Fresh Water Tanks ( 85L x 2 ) - 110L Grey water tank - 2 x 9L Gas bottles - BBQ - Air Fryer (Main power only) - Tv (12v and Main Power) We want you to enjoy the experience of hiring our Van but would appreciate if you could please read the below: Luca the Leader can sleep 4 people. Queen sized bed & 2 bunks. KITCHEN & COOKING: A BBQ & Air Fryer will be provided free of charge. We ask that the BBQ & Air Fryer is returned as it was hired out - clean. Gas is included with the hire. Any cooking of meats are to be done outside, as cooking inside can retain the smell. All utensils, crockery, pans and pots are provided in the hire of the van. There are basic pantry items also included. There is a toaster and a billy kettle included in the kitchen. We do not provide tea towels - you will need to bring your own to wash and dry dishes. However, we do provide cleaning supplies such as dish cloths, dish soap, disinfectant wipes. We ask that you do not damage or loose any of these items. Excessive lost items or damage will attract an additional fee on the return of the van. CHAIRS: We no longer provide camping chairs with the hire of the van. You will need to bring your own camp chairs for your stay. We provide 2 camp tables. A larger one and a smaller one. The smaller one has 2 stools included with it. BEDDING / LINEN: Luca the Leader will be provided with mattress protectors only, which are required to be returned free of marks / dirt / sand. You will need to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Additional charges will apply if beds are returned with sand in them. LINNEN: If you select the option of linen, you will be provided with sheets and doonas for all beds at an additional fee of $100.00 per booking. *** We do not provide pillows *** If you are travelling with children, you can choose from Boys or Girls bedding for the bunks. Pillows are not provided - but can provide cases to match the bedding ***We do not provide towels*** CLEANING: Van is to be returned in the same condition as it was hired out. Failure to return the van as it was hired out, will attract additional cleaning / damage charges. This includes cleaning of the Chem toilet. Failure to clean the chem toilet will result in an additional cleaning fee. A check list is located in the van in a folder in the kitchen to assist you with set up and departure of the van. Use this to ensure that you have everything set up correctly and have packed away correctly. DELIVERY: ***Delivery available up to a 100km radius from Toronto - Saturday / Sunday’s only. Pick up is Saturday / Sunday’s only. $2.00per km travelled - minimum charge $70.00*** If you require delivery a delivery fee will apply. This will be discussed with you prior to confirming your booking. $2.00 per Km traveled. Eg 50km from point of hire, then 50km for return journey. 100km in total = $200.00 SET UP: If you require the van to be set up & packed down for you, an additional “ Set up Fee” of $100.00 will apply. This includes the set up of power supply, water supply, annex, dirt mats and any other general requirements for the van. OFF GRID: Hires that require the water tanks to be filled prior to delivery / collection, an additional charge of $50.00 will apply for the water tanks to be filled for you. DAMAGE / EMERGENCY: EMERGENCY -  If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. Take photos of the damage that has been caused. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside and NO Pets. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
