Important Information – Please Read Before Hiring Minimum Hire Periods: Off-Peak: 3 day minimum hire Peak: (school holidays, special events): 5 day minimum hire Easter Long Weekend: 5 day minimum Pick-up Thursday (or earlier) Return Monday between 2PM – 4PM (or a later date if staying longer) Christmas / New Year: 10 day minimum Pick-up December 24 Return January 2 If you require a shorter hire during peak times, please enter your dates or contact us directly—we may have smaller gaps available between bookings or another suitable van. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Our hire charges are calculated per day. We aim to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate your preferred times. Pick-Up Monday – Friday: Handover typically available from 6:45am Saturday & Sunday: Not available unless by prior arrangement only - may incur a surcharge Drop-Off Monday – Friday: By arrangement Saturday: Not available unless by prior arrangement - may incur a surcharge Sundays & Public Holidays: Standard drop-off window is 2PM – 4PM unless by prior agreement. If you need a different time, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help. Delivery & Setup Service We offer delivery and setup within 200km of Ormiston. Delivery is subject to the availability of our driver and tow vehicle. Delivery Fee $3.00 per kilometre, calculated for both drop-off and pick-up. Example If your campsite is 100km away, the delivery cost would be: 100km (each way) × 2 trips × $3.00 = $600.00 total Service Fee Includes Standard pre-handover clean Restocking of consumables Full water tanks One full gas bottle plus one in use included with the hire Please note: The service fee does not cover heavy soiling such as excessive mud, sand, or dirt. If you’d prefer us to handle a full clean after your trip, optional cleaning services can be added. • Light offroad is allowed with prior approval Please select the clean the van for me option when venturing offroad so we can complete a deep clean. There is an increase in the insurance fee for offroad hires, so please ensure you notify me during the booking process

  This is the second time we have hired from Rich and just like the first time everything was perfect.

  The van is clean, comfortable and easy to set up. Its our 3rd hire from Richard and he is always accomodating. We will definitely hire again

  The van was clean and comfortable inside and out. We did have an issue with the H/W heater failed on gas 2 days into the hire, Richard was very helpful but we could not resolve. Luckily we had a generator so could run the HW on 240v for evening showers. Generally the van layout was good, except the ensuite is very cramped. And we prefer an island bed, not East/West. Richard was very friendly and helpful at pickup and drop off of the van.

  Great van for a family fun filled weekend. Richard & family were incredibly helpful to us van life newbies. Great size van, perfect amenities if you are off grid. Highly recommend van, Richard and family are absolutely stars. Thanks guys!
