Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The morning of delivery started with rude text messages, van delivered with an apology. I then had to clean the van for 2 hours as it was disgustingly dirty, sprayed it for ants and then tried to find a cupboard to put our food in and they are all full. Rearranged a couple of things and fitted food and then there were no empty cupboards for clothes. Next day opened the cupboard and cockroaches came out. So very disappointed and will never use camplify again. Whole experience was terrible

    The van was suitable for what I needed The van is full of the owner's personal items and there is no room in the cupboards. I booked the van for 11 nights so had to move things around so I can put things in the cupboards.

    We used the van for a family of 5, with the kids in the annex on fold out beds. The van is in excellent condition and communication was great with SueRose for our stay.
