We are camping tragics who love to be outside enjoying the ambiance of our location. Our van ticks all our boxes. It is very compact at only 15 feet making it easy to tow and manoeuvre. It has plenty of storage and is filled with the features that much bigger vans offer. We love that you can enjoy a comfortable queen size bed, separate ensuite with full size shower (not over the toilet) and an internal kitchen including stove, fridge and microwave. But what we really love is the covered outdoor kitchen which allows us to cook, eat and relax outside. This little ripper will allow you to go off-grid to enjoy the great outdoors while still providing you with the comforts of home. The van comes complete with a 2.2kva generator as back up.

10% discount (on total cost of hire) for hire periods that exceed 21 days. Available for hire at extra cost: - 4 man Oz tent (30 second tent) if travelling with extra people. $15.00/day up to a maximum of $150.00

Hiring rules

  • Strictly no Smoking inside.
  • No pets.
  • Drivers of towing vehicle must be at least 35 years of age.
  • Unsealed dirt or gravel road travel is permitted.
  • Strictly NO travel on beach, sand or undesignated tracks or roads.
  • We expect our van to be returned in the same condition as received otherwise a cleaning fee of up to $150.00 will be charged. Chemical toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned prior to return.
  • Hirer must be 35 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We could not have asked for anything more perfect. The Bush Legend had everything we needed and more. Great to tow, plenty of space, very clean and a fabulous roomy bathroom. Gerry and Wendy were great to deal with for pick up and drop of. A thorough explanation of the van on pick up made everything run smoothly during our holiday. Really enjoyed our experience. Thankyou

    Gerrys Bush Ledgen was great, just what we wanted, compact, shower and toilet also outdoor kitchen which we cooked all our meals on. Fully stocked with all gear needed. Top van and highly recommended.

    Hired this van for 2 weeks and we had a great time. The owners were friendly, easy to deal with and answered all of questions. The caravan was easy to tow, had a comfy bed, great little shower and toilet and the outdoor kitchen meant more time spent outside. Would certainly recommend this caravan. As first time caravanners we were very impressed with this setup. Everything was supplied.

I was born at Muttaburra in western Queensland and spent my early years living on a large sheep and cattle property. I have always had a love of the Australian outback and over the past twenty five years my wife and family have traveled extensively around this great country.
