If you choose the Optional linen pack, it includes: Queen size bed sheets set, doona, cover, two pillows, protectors and cases Three bunk beds, single sheets, doonas, pillows, protectors and cases 5 Bath towels 5 Beach Towels Towing a large van can be a stressful start to your holiday so we will tow and set up the van at the location of your choice on the Sunshine Coast. Self towing is not offered. Higher fees apply for bookings during Qld school holidays. All bookings through Camplify come with the following for your peace of mind: Full comprehensive insurance Premium nationwide roadside assistance Secure online booking and payment Third party management of bond The bond is secured against your card before the booking starts. No money comes out unless damage occurs or significant items are missing (same as a hotel) WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The service fee includes the delivery of the van to your chosen location, gas and consumables for the van, a standard pre-delivery clean. The service fee does NOT cover things like mud, sand or salt. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurances, nationwide roadside assistance, a 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, 3rd party management of bond and transaction fees. To ensure we can locate you if you have any issues with the caravan, a gps tracker has been fitted.

Hiring rules

• When the caravan is delivered it will clean and the toilet cassette will be empty. If you don’t wish to clean the van and empty the toilet cassette before collection, please choose the cleaning options from the extra products menu. A cleaning fee will be charged if necessary.
• Cleaning the toilet includes the portable cassette and the toilet unit.
• No smoking in or around the van please.
