Special towing information
Hirer will require a D035 hitch to tow our caravan. Hirer must have a vehicle capable of towing 3 tonnes. Our caravan weighs between 2300-2700kg. Hirer must have electric brakes.

TOWING REQUIREMENTS: • Your vehicle must have electric brakes. • Your vehicle must have 3tonne towing capabilities. • Car must have a D035 tow hitch. • Car must have a 12 pin trailer plug port. • Must have extended side mirrors on car. • Driver must have large trailer towing experience.
Hiring rules
- NO SMOKING
- Strictly no smoking inside or around our caravan.
- A fee of $499.00 will apply if there is any evidence of smoking to cover the cost of an intensive commercial clean.
- PETS
- Small, hypoallergenic pets only.
- Animals which shed hair are strictly not permitted.
- A fee of $499.00 will apply if there is any evidence of pet hair or odour to cover the cost of an intensive commercial clean.
- LINEN
- Included:
- Mattress protectors for all beds.
- Quilt for queen bed (or can BYO. Let us know ☺️)
- Tea towels

- A quilt cover MUST be used.

- TOILET
- Users MUST use toilet as directed by using the allocated chemicals provided.
- Users MUST empty and clean toilet cassette.
- An additional fee of $499.00 will apply if cassette is not emptied or properly cleaned.
- AWNING
- Must be pegged and secured when in use.
- Never leave the awning open if campsite is unattended.
- Awning must be retracted and properly secured in cases of high winds and severe weather.
- INSIDE COOKER
- Meats, oils or high fat foods such as bacon is not to be cooked inside the caravan.
- A cleaning fee of $99.00 will be charged if there is residual oils left on stovetop and stove cover and walls.
- A portable outdoor BBQ may be provided upon request for additional fee. Or guests can BYO.
- TREAT YOUR VAN LIKE YOUR BABY
- Our van is our pride and joy and we are sharing a piece of our family with yours.
- Please treat it with respect and love.
- The state of the van must be returned exactly as you received it.
- A fee of $499.00 will apply if there is any sand, dirt, mud, food stains interior, or if the van is left heavily soiled on the exterior post hire to cover the cost of an intensive commercial clean.
- A $1,025.00 service fee will be charged for any appliance, furniture or interior/exterior damages obtained during hire.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
