Our van includes: - Reverse cycle air conditioning (cooling and heating) - Automatic electric awning - at a push of a button it extends or retracts - ITS. THAT. EASY! - Ensuite with separate shower and toilet - Washing machine - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, gas oven and cook top - Instant hot water (gas) - Large 171L fridge with separate freezer compartment - TV with built in DVD player - Bluetooth CD/Radio with Internal/external Speakers - WiFi (optional extra) with GPS tracking We supply: - Cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools - Bowls and plates - Pots and pans (Weber BBQ safe) - Cups, mugs and coldie holders - Kettle and toaster - Tea towels and paper towels - Foil and cling wrap - Dish and hand soap - Cooking oil and salt and pepper - 2 outdoor tables and 4 chairs - A beach umbrella - Clothesline - Ball games (cricket set, soccer, footy) Optional extras supplied free of charge (only supplied upon request): - Weber BBQ - Bathing towels - Pillows and linen - Converter cushion for "table to 5th bed" conversion Coffee or tea in the morning? No worries, I'll cover that too. Just don't forget to bring your own milk! Each bed is supplied with a mattress protector and fitted sheet. If required, you must request linen, pillows and towels for each occupant (supplied free of charge) Please, BYO toiletries. Free/off grid camping is an option with our van - please advise if you are planning to do so and we'll fill the tanks with water. For towing, if you're vehicle is not equipped with electric brakes, I will supply a portable hire unit at an additional rate of $99.00 per hire. You'll find pretty much everything you could need in our van for a relaxing holiday in style!!

Hiring rules

• Camplify requires that all hirers follow the Hirer Rules. The Owner Rules and Hirer Rules set the ground rules for the Camplify Community and help provide a good experience for both owners and hirers. Following the rules will assist you to have a safe and enjoyable holiday.
• The rules are broken down into
• Prehire obligations;
• Obligations during hire; and
• Post hire obligations.
• It is important that you read and understand the rules. Failure to comply with the rules can lead to you being fully responsible for damage and your account being suspended or terminated.

• In addition to these rules the following unique rules apply specific to this listing:
• Van Hire Rules – Fun but Serious Edition
• 1. Festivals? Not Our Scene
• Sorry, our van does not do festivals. Any hire found at a festivaltype location will be terminated immediately, the van will be removed, and no refund will be given. Unsure what counts as a festival? Don’t guess—contact me (the owner) first. Better safe than sorry.
• 2. Be Punctual, Pretty Please
• The hirer must stick to the agreed handover times for both pickup and dropoff. We get it, you’re on holiday—but we have lives too. Arrive late, and your hire could be delayed or even canceled without refund. Let’s respect everyone’s schedules and keep things running smoothly.
• 3. Return It Like You Found It
• Return the van in the same condition as at pickup—unless you chose the optional “CLEAN THE VAN FOR ME” service. Messy return? Cleaning fee: $199.00. Toilet cassette returned soiled? That jumps to $299.00.
• 4. Van Gear & Gadgets
• Plates, cutlery, utensils, appliances, and other gadgets are provided for your enjoyment. Damaged, missing, or broken items will be charged to the hirer at replacement cost. Treat them like they’re your own… or better.
• 5. SmokeFree Zone
• No smoking inside the van, under the awning, or on the external mat. Any cigaretterelated damage or odor will result in repair/cleaning charges (determined by trade quote).
• 6. Campfires
• Campfires are great—just not next to the van. Evidence of ash, burns, or smoke on return will incur a $199.00 cleaning fee.
• 7. Pets
• Pets are welcome, but not on the bedding or lounges. Excessive pet hair will also incur a $199.00 cleaning fee.
• 8. Toilet Duty
• Keep an eye on the toilet cassette and empty it when full. Neglect it, and you risk faecal overflow—a $299.00 cleaning fee applies.
• 9. Cooking Rules
• No cooking meat, oils, fats, or eggs inside the van. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with a Weber BBQ and the right pots/pans for outdoor cooking.
• 10. Electric Awning
• Close the awning when:
• You’re not at the van
• It’s windy or rainy
• Nighttime hits
• Failing to do so may result in costly repairs or replacement for the awning or van damage.
• 11. Damage Reporting
• If anything breaks or goes wrong, report it immediately. Follow the handover instructions or contact me directly. Better to tell me early than face a bigger fee later.
