Some caravans may be permitted for limited off-road use (prior agreement required). Please note, our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage or tyre blowouts caused by off-road use. The minimum age to tow or drive our vans is 21 years; a surcharge excess of $600.00 applies for drivers under 25. Delivery Service Delivery and setup service is available for $3.00/km for the first 50 km, with a minimum charge of $250.00. Please note that this fee includes our driver traveling the full distance four times (depot to site/site to depot x2), plus setup/pack down of the van. Additional charges may apply for toll roads. Hiring rules

• ℹ️ GENERAL RULES ℹ️
• 🔹 Towing Responsibility – Ensure your vehicle meets the required towing capacity (see “About the Caravan” section).
• 🔹 No Smoking or Vaping 🚭 – A $500.00 cleaning fee applies if this is not followed.
• 🔹 Pets Allowed (Conditions Apply) 🐶 – All pet hair must be cleaned. Pet fee required. Noncompliance incurs a $300.00 cleaning fee.
• 🔹 No Loose Items on the Floor INCLUDING BIKES/ SCOOTERS – Store everything in cupboards or appropriate places to prevent damage while driving.
• 🔹 Weight Distribution – Extra items must be packed evenly; ask if unsure.
• 🔹 No OffRoad or Beach Driving 🚫 – Up to 10km of dirt road to campsites is allowed, drive to road conditions. – UNLESS VAN AD ALLOWS
• 🔹 Abandoning the Caravan 🚨 – Any retrieval, cleaning, or associated costs will be charged to you.
• 🔹 BBQ Cleaning 🍖 – BBQs must be returned clean Cleaning brush & wipes provided.
• 🔹 Use Sheets on Beds 🛏️ – Even when using a sleeping bag. Dirty or stained mattresses incur a cleaning fee.
• 🔹 Report Any Damage – Even minor issues should be reported so we can fix them for the next hire.
• 🔹 Cleaning Responsibility 🧹 – The caravan must be returned free of mud, sand, pet hair & red dust unless the extra cleaning fee is paid. #return the van in similar condition from handover Up to $500.00 cleaning fee applies if not followed.
• 🔹 Toilet Cleaning 🚽 – Failure to empty & clean will result in a $200.00 fee.

• 🧹 CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES
• 🔹 Leave the van tidy – Wash dishes, wipe food spills, dispose of rubbish & sweep floors.
• 🔹 Cleaning supplies included:

• 🔹 Additional Cleaning Charges Apply:
• • Toilet uncleaned: $130.00
• • Excess pet hair/mess: Up to $500.00
• • Excess dirt/red dust/mud: Up to $500.00
• • BBQ/Air Fryer uncleaned: $55.00
• • Please do not cook foods with strong odors (such as curries, seafood, or anything that causes lasting smells) in the van, including using the fridge or freezer for such items. Cooking must be done with the fan on. Cigarette smoke and persistent food odors may incur a cleaning fee.
