SEE FEATURES The 3 bunks in this van are each 190cm long, so should be comfortable for most people. We apologise, but linen is no longer available until further notice. You will receive a comprehensive handover on delivery or pickup, so please allow at least 30 minutes for this. Be sure to check that your campsite is suitable for a van with overall length of 6 metres. If towing the van yourself, make sure your vehicle has a towing capacity of 2 tonne to be within the acceptable limits. This van is fitted with an external Hot/Cold shower. PICK UP - Myocum, just 10 mins from Byron. Or delivery available EQUIPMENT All of our vans go our fully equipped with all cooking pots/pans, plates, bowls, mugs and drinking cups, cutlery, washing up items and outdoor furniture (table, chairs, outdoor cooker). We also supply rubberised matting for the area under the awning. BEDS - As mentioned, the bunk beds in this van are 190cm long, so anyone up to 6'1" (in the old money), will be comfortable enough. However, there is a weight limit of 80kg for each of these bunks. EXTRA PRODUCTS - Linen is no longer available until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience. DELIVERY- Allow 30 -40 minutes for your handover. Also be aware we try to deliver the vans to hirers as early as we are able to do so after check-in time. However, during school holidays and other busy times of the year, it may that the van can not be delivered until the afternoon. We ask for your understanding in this regard. Please be aware - bookings are 'by the day'! So the booking starts on the day you pick up the van or have it delivered, and ends on the day the booking is listed to end. For example a booking from the 1st to the 3rd is a 3 day hire. It's picked up or delivered on the 1st and is brought back on the 3rd.

Hiring rules

• PAYMENTS As from July 1 2024, Camplify will be introducing their automatic cancellation procedure. This means that any booking that has been approved, must be paid for (deposit) within 72 hours of that approval or be automatically cancelled.
• HANDOVER You will get a comprehensive 1 hour hand over when taking delivery of this vehicle, but be sure to ask questions should something be not clear. You are also welcome to contact Rob at anytime for clarification on anything to do with this van.
• CAMPSITE Please make sure when booking your site, that the van will fit on the site. This is the hirers responsibility.
• MINIMUM STAY
• Minimum 5 nights during Christmas school holidays and Easter and all other school holidays there is a 4 day minimum hire. Outside of these peak periods, there is a 3 day hire minimum.
• LONG DISTANCE Not be be taken more than 400 km from Byron Bay without owner consent
• OFF ROAD Not to be taken off road. Camper Trailer can only be taken on gazetted roads and along campsite access roads.
• PETS No pets
• CLEANING Van to be returned in same condition at end of hire unless hirer chooses cleaning option for additional fee of $100.00. Cleaning products will be supplied to this van for your use.
• Excessive cleaning and trashed equipment will incur a $250.00 fee.
• CAMPLIFY RULES
• Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions prior to hiring this van. Be aware that any underbody damage to the van, including tyres is the responsibility of the hirer to fix.
• All hirers must pay the 'insurance excess reduction' fee through Camplify (when it becomes available).
• AGE All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and have had a full licence for not less than 12 months.
• OUTBACK
• Please note if you are going 'out west', you MUST select the 'outback clean' option from the Extra Products list. In all other circumstances, you must return the van in a cleaned condition unless choosing a cleaning option from the Extra Products list.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
