Additional information
Our Van has 4 bunks , that are very spacious and long so that even the teenager can sleep comfortably whilst holidaying in the van .
Hiring rules
- Absolutely NO Smoking in or around the van .
- NO pets .
- The van is NOT permitted to be relocated.
- The awning should be packed away in extreme wind/weather events.
- The hirer is to sweep the van and perform a basic clean before pickup. Excessive mess/mud/dirt will incur an extra cleaning charge.
- Please make sure the caravan is left in the same condition as you received it. This is our "second home", please look after it as though it was your own!
- Please empty the toilet cassette and make sure it is left clean.
- If these rules are not adhered to we reserve the right to charge additional fees .
- Thank you.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
