We can deliver and set up of all vans throughout the Gold Coast and surrounds (please contact us to discuss fees). If you plan to tow the van yourself, your vehicle will require a 3 tonne minimum capacity and towing experience is essential you and you alone are solely responsible for weights and ensuring you do not exceed your GVM. All vans go through an enhanced clean after each hire to ensure a comfortable & quality experience. Hiring rules
- No Smoking, No pets inside van
- Van must be well kept clean and regularly washed and cleaned.
- Toilet cartridge to be emptied and clean on return of van
- Please retract awning in windy conditions and/or if the van is left unattended.
- The van is equipped with satellite tracking technology
- BBQ to be operated a safe distance from the van and awning
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
