The design is perfect for a small family to live out of or travel in with each area practically designed with a bedroom ensuite setup, an additional room/area attached that is fold away 2 singles/queen that converts into a dining area also has a massive windscreen for beautiful views, has a separate kitchen with all appliances necessary, and has space to use as a desk, and mount monitor/s with a small stool for remote work. Added security includes a hitch and wheel lock for those days you just want to get away to the beach and not have to tow. Air conditioner and water pump brand new. Our small family of mumma and 2 small children did over 20,000km across Australia on the coastline mostly in 9 months without issues so can definitely handle a challenge!
