Please note if towing the Van make sure you have: 1) Electric Brake controller installed 2) Flat 12 Pin trailer plug installed Otherwise you will not be able to tow the van.
Hiring rules
- Hirer Must return the Caravan cleaned as received. A cleaning Checklist will be supplied and must be followed.
- If the Caravan is returned dirty then the "clean the van excluding toilet" Charge will apply.
- The Toilet Cassette must be emptied and flushed out prior to return or "Clean the Toilet" Option will be charged
- Please note we supply minimal cleaning equipment, we recommend you bring your own cleaning supplies with you or opt to pay the "Clean the Van for me".
- *Broom and Dust pan is supplied
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Aircon for those hot days and nights and Dean is a pleasure to deal with. We have rebooked again for next year already. Highly recommend this van!
