Keep in mind you need to bring all your own bedding, pillows and towels :) I can supply you with sheets for the bed, just select linen as an optional extra.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Thomas 5.0The van was essentially in showroom condition. Beautiful rural property approx 15mins out of Albany. Easy walking distance to river for fishing and swimming. Staying in this area brought the amazing beaches to the east of Albany much closer. Communication with the host was smooth and we were provided a thorough handover of the van.
