To ensure safe towing, the driver of the vehicle must be at least 25 years old and possess previous experience in towing trailers. Moreover, the vehicle chosen for towing must have a towing capacity that can manage loads up to 3500kgs. It is essential that the vehicle is equipped with an electric brake controller to facilitate controlled braking while towing. If your vehicle does not already have an electric brake controller, there's no need to worry—we offer portable brake controllers for hire to meet your needs. This ensures that you can tow safely and in compliance with regulations.

We’ve put together some helpful details below to answer your questions and make your experience seamless: Caravan Use and Restrictions: No cooking inside the caravan. You are welcome to use a billy on the stove top. A Weber BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking. Off-grid camping? Please let us know in advance if you plan to go off-grid. Two-night stays: Unfortunately, delivery is not available for stays of 2 nights. Pick-up only. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times: We kindly ask for your punctuality to help things run smoothly. Pick-Up: Weekdays: 8:00 am Saturday mornings: 9:00 am No pick-up on Sundays. Please allow 1 hour for the initial handover and van walkthrough. Drop-Off: Weekdays: By appointment. Sundays/Public Holidays: By appointment. Tip: We recommend arriving at your destination before dark to set up your campsite. Pricing: Off-Peak Rate: $125.00 per day (all other dates) Peak Rate: $130.00-$170.00 per day (school holidays, long weekends, and special events) DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: We offer relocations of our vans up to 200kms from Brisbane .Each delivery will be Charged at $2.25 based on dates and distance from Brisbane. Please note that the transporter travels the full distance 4 times to drop off and collect.The fee also includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The service fee includes use, gas for the van, full water tanks, maintenance and a thorough handover brief. The service fee DOES NOT cover things like mud, sand or salt covered vans,nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $150.00 'clean the van for me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $250.00 'clean the van for me including toilet' option. If traveling outback (with approval) all red dirt must be cleaned from the RV or an 'outback clean' option must be selected. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. - IMPORTANT USAGE GUIDELINES:
- Cooking: Cooking inside the caravan is prohibited. However, using a billy on the stove top is acceptable, as is making toast in a toaster.
- OffGrid Notification: Please inform us in advance if you plan to go offgrid during your rental period. This allows us to ensure the van is properly prepared for offgrid conditions.
- Delivery Policy for Short Stays: For stays of two nights, delivery service is unavailable. Pickup arrangements must be made instead.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan and within its immediate vicinity.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the caravan.
- OffRoad Towing: Towing the caravan offroad is not permitted.
- Sand Towing: Towing the caravan on sandy terrain is also prohibited.
- Delivery Restrictions: Please note that delivery service is not available for stays lasting two nights. Pickup arrangements must be arranged instead.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
