General advice Please treat the caravan gently. Do NOT use a kettle. It will likely trip a switch/blow a fuse and it might destroy the enire power unit because it draws too much power. We have purchased an extra low wattage toaster to avoid this. Extra low wattage kettles do not make any sense as they take 15+minutes to boil water. Cooking with the electric plate takes very long, we tend to use the gas plates only. The glass lid must be fully opened when in use and while plates are hot. It can shatter when it is closed before the stove is fully cooled. When using the grill (blue) the door must remain open! The awning must be taken down when it is windy. Be gentle when removing and reinserting the toilet cassette. Make sure the handle on the toilet is in the closed position (handle to the left) before removing. There are wires at the bottom right which you do not want to damage. Do not shake the cassette when emptying it, just gently move it, shaking it will dislodge or break the sensor inside and it’s no fun gettng your hands in to reposition it. The heater outlets must not be covered at any time. Do not use the bedroom outlets while sleeping as bedding might cover the outlets. If you run out of gas you will need to swap the gas bottle yourself. The caravan comes with at least one full bottle, any further requirement will not be supplied by us. We strongly recommend that you watch the videos below for a guide on how to set up and pack down the awning. Hiring rules

• Guest must book a spot for the caravan to be placed in one of the Caravan parks in and around Halls Gap/Grampians. We will set it up for you there. Prior to check in guests must prove that they have booked a spot. The caravan must not be towed.
• There are currently:
• Halls Gap Lakeside Tourist Park, Breeze Holiday Parks Halls Gap, Breeze Holiday Parks Grampians,
• NRMA Halls Gap Holiday Park, Lake Fyans Holiday Park.
• Guests must comply with all rules of the caravan park they choose.
• The caravan is only suitable for 2 people.
• Check out is at 9 am to allow for packing up of the caravan and removal from caravan park (which we will do) by the parks check out time of 10am. Any failure to check out on time and resulting fines by the caravan park will be passed on to the guest.
• No pets.
• Treat the caravan gently. It will come with an empty cassette toilet. If you chose to use the toilet it must be emptied before check out. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50.00 fee.
• If the awning is used it must be staked out and must not be used when it is windy.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
