Availability

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside
• No off road
• No festivals
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• RV must be returned cleaned and toilet cleaned and emptied or risk a fee.
• Tow vehicle must have brake controller.
• No night driving/towing.
• Minimum license requirements is “Open Licence”
• Minimum tow vehicle requirement is 3000 kg.
• Driver must have caravan towing experience.

• * EMERGENCY   If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
• * DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• * NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• * CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• * UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• DRIVE
• * EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
• * DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• * NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• * UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• * LONG TRIPS   200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
• * FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• * CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• * COOKING GAS Return FULL refilled from petrol stations with Elgas
• Please note: Additional kilometre charges are only applicable for motorised vehicles ie: Motorhomes and Campervans. This policy has been set to assist owners in areas of Australia that might be more prone to extended hires with long distances travelled. With longer distances travelled, there may be increased costs to the owner with more regular servicing requirements. To charge for additional kilometres, the owner must stipulate the cost in their listing prior to the booking being placed then record a photo of the odometer in the prehire and posthire checklists so that overage and associated cost can be determined. If you have questions about setting an additional kilometre charge for your RV please reach out to your Customer Success Manager as we can advise further

  We had 5 nights in Lady Luxe at Noosa River Holiday Park. The van and the park were both excellent. It was our first time in a caravan and we enjoyed it immensely.

  Fabulous well equipped van. Super comfy bed. The cheese platter and chocolates were much appreciated. Marco and Susan were great to deal with. We could not be happier and will definately book Lady Luxe again.

  Great van and a lovely surprise when we opened the fridge to a cheese platter and box of chocolates. Sues communication in the lead up, during and after was appreciated

  The whole experience was excellent. The communication with Susan was excellent prior, during and at hand back. The van was clean and as described on the site. Very spacious and good layout with comfortable bed. Very appreciated the cheese platter and cookies left by Susan at the van as a welcome gesture. It was good to have heating as we stay for 5 days at winter time. Definitely will rent again. Very good experience as a first time renter with Camplify.
