Hiring rules

• We love our van and hope to share it with you so your family can create the memories that we have. But to preserve that there must always be some rules:
• Strictly NO smoking or Vaping or near the van, smoking/vaping in the van will incur a $200.00 cleaning charge.
• If you select to hire the van without linen there is only a pillow for each bed. You will need to provide sheets 1 x Double & 3 x single, pillow slips, Doonas and towels.
• Awning to be packed away if the weather turns bad.
• Return the van in the same cleaned condition as when it was received by you. Excess cleaning will incur an extra $150.00 charge. (dishes done, surfaces wiped and van swept)
• If you use the Toilet cassette it must be emptied and cleaned or will incur a further $200.00 cleaning charge.
• Please note that delivery does have an extra charge of $85.00 for within 25km roundtrip(Noosa area), $125.00 up to 75km round trip (Kenilworth, Imbil and down to Mooloolabah)and $180.00 for up to 100km (South of Mooloolahbah) from Lake Macdonald. Noosa North Shore delivery charge is $250.00 (ferry fee incl.). This charge is to cover our fuel costs and time.
• Delivery will take place when the parks allow and by arrangement the week before booking. We do our best to accommodate delivery time requests.
• The van is 29ft (8.8m) from hitch to spare wheel, please make sure it is going to fit on the site booked. We take no responsibility if it does not fit the site and can't be accommodated at the park.

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

  Excellent weekend away on ab unpowered site with the van. Insulation in the van was excellent especially in the heat allowing use of the van during the day. This van had everything you needed for unpowered use. Would recommend.

  Holiday was amazing, the delivery was so good, Richard set up everything for us. The van was a good size, and had everything that we needed. We are looking at purchasing a van ourselves and hiring a range of vans first is a really good way of finding out what you need in a van and what layout works best for your family. We opted to pay for the linen to be provided and it was all very clean and fresh. Thanks to Richard for all of your help along the way and your patience with my many questions. We had a great trip and will be in touch again when heading up the sunny coast way.

  We had a great experience staying in Tigga. It is very clean and well maintained. Richard responded quickly to any questions we had and he was friendly and approachable. Delivering, setting up and packing down the van, awning and outdoor mat for us was such a great service. For anybody reading prior reviews, there is now an electric kettle on board, so no need to bring your own, but do bring a toaster and ice trays if they are things you rely on. The camping table included is big enough to fit a family of four, which was really helpful. We would be very happy to stay in Tigga again.
