If you do not wish to do these tasks please select the correct option in the extras section - failure to do this will result in a cost to you ** ** The service fee is not negotiable ** WHAT DOES THE CAMPLIFY BOOKING FEE COVER? • Comprehensive Insurance • Nationwide roadside assistance • 24 hour customer helpline • $300.000 emergency accommodation protection. Hiring rules

• GENERAL:
• No Smoking in or near the Caravans or Campers
• No Loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard
• Ensure the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly. (if you are not sure where to pack things asks us)
• No Off road or beach driving in this van short gravel road is OK to access your campsite
• Sheets must be used on the beds even when using a sleeping bag (this is to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt Thank you
• Report any damage to us, even if minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire (accidents happen so if it’s something minor like a broken glass etc, we won't charge you for that)
• Toilet must be emptied before it is returned to us unless you have paid the extra $150.00 for us to do it for you
• ** Toilet Dump Points can be found in all towns, ask us if you are not sure where to do this **
• CLEANING:
• Cleaning IS INCLUDED in the service fee. All we ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away
• ** If it is heavily soiled there will be extra cleaning fees taken out of your bond **
• We have included cleaning items for your convenience if needed these include:
• Dishwashing liquid, Multipurpose surface spray, Toilet wipes, broom, mop, clothes & Dish sponge, Tea Towels & Chemical Toilet sachets
• EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS:
• STOP & assess the situation & call us when it is safe to do so. We will assist you with what to do next. If we are unavailable call Camplify on 1300 416 133 to connect you through to NRMA roadside assist.
• PRICING & PAYMENTS:
• 7 day minimum for school holidays
• Deposits to be paid within 24 hrs of Booking being Approved to secure required dates – if you need more time or have any problems please call us on 0419660420
• Final Payment 30 days before hire.
• PICK UP & DROP OFF TIMES:
• Standard pick up times:
• Monday Friday = between 8am and 2pm. (after 2pm by special appointment only)
• Saturday and Sunday Closed (by special appointment only)
• Standard dropoff times:
• Monday Friday = between 8am and 2pm (after 2pm by special appointment only)
• Saturday = Closed (by special appointment only)
• Sunday = drop off after 4pm earlier dropoff can be arranged if needed
• If you have a concern with these times please talk to us, we will be as flexible as possible.
• **ADDITIONAL ITEMS WHICH CAN BE HIRED FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE:
• Honda Generator $15.00 per day
• Brake controller $50.00 per hire
• Towing mirrors $50.00 per hire
• Early pick up $80.00 per hire

  Wonderful van to take the family away in. Tows beautifully and so easy to set up. Comes with everything you need and has plenty of storage for all your extras. Communication with Joe was great and he gave a really thorough handover

  We had a great time on our trip to Mundi Mundi Bash. We had a slight issue with the running water as we were only using potable water. We Are yet to discuss this with the owner.

  Mae West is in impeccable condition. Well loved, and looked after by the owners. Handover was a breeze where everything was thoroughly explained. Making setup and pack down easy allowing us to enjoy the most of our family holiday. The van comes with all the amenities and accessories we could ask for and some we didnt think to ask for but were glad to find! We had a marvellous family holiday supported by such comfortable accommodation. A holiday my family will not forget, and we are looking forward to hiring Mae West again in the future!

  Joe is a great operator. The van was in great condition and all the little details were there right down to herbs and spices, sauces and an umbrella! We were off grid for 10 days and everything worked perfectly. Thanks Joe
