Hiring rules
- No smoking
- Please leave clean and tidy including BBQ (if hired)
- Toilet and other cleaning charges apply, if not satisfactorily cleaned prior to returning the caravan.
- Additional charges if van returned abnormally dirty, toilet not cleaned and emptied or smoking inside or pet has been detected. Minimum charge for this additional cleaning is $250.00
- You will be responsible for supply of your own linens unless you have requested the linen package (Bedding only). This includes sheets and pillowcases and a light weight doona and cover. You will be required to supply your own towels and blankets.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
