Our home away from home for fur baby families wanting to holiday Overview video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_NrvxBFItM (We have a YouTube channel to help you "Puppies and Pancakes On The Go") Pick up can be Coolum Beach or Black Mountain near Cooroy or we can deliver to Holiday Parks on the Sunshine Coast Large windows to enjoy any view with fly screens (block out blinds for sleeping) Queen size bed, (under bed storage) clean modern finish Separate toilet and shower (hot water) - washing machine Kitchen with full size fridge and freezer microwave and the essential coffee machine 4 burner gas cook-top All cooking and eating utensils for 2 Wine glasses and stubby coolers and cheese boards to relax and enjoy on the outside table and camping chairs provided We provide your bed linen and towels. tea towels and basic cleaning items Air Conditioning and diesel heater CD and radio stereo with external speakers and Smart TV Books and Cards - lead to plug in your phone for your tunes Full Roll out awning 16 Small dog or Puppy fence panels to make an outside pen as per images provided We provide a comprehensive welcome book with instructions and our own Puppies and Pancakes On The Go - you tube channel to help with instructional videos This van can be left at a location of your choice within 150km of Black Mountain and we suggest any of the wonderful dog friendly van parks on the Sunshine Coast and again picked up so you don’t have to tow the caravans yourself. This can be requested and confirmed with us prior to your hire You must book your sites at the caravan parks and adhere to their dog limit rules. Different van parks will have different rules

Hiring rules

• No Smoking in or near the Caravan
• Your dog is welcome inside but care must be taken to care for our van any damage caused by your fur baby will need to be paid for
• Please remember do NOT force anything if it does not open easy then STOP is there a catch or latch? refer to comprehensive instructions in the welcome book and videos on our You Tube channel
• No Loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard.
• Pack everything away before you start to move. Follow check list in welcome book.
• Ensure the the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly.(if you are not sure where to pack things asks us) Or follow instructions in welcome book
• No Off road or beach driving in this van No Short gravel roads (only caravan park short entrances will be accepted)
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Toilet must be emptied before it is returned to us as well as washed out shower and oven must be returned in the same clean state Excessive cleaning will incur. We have provided for you the correct chemical tablet and instructions in van. If toilet is not cleaned then $200.00 fee charged
• Toilet Dump Points can be found in all towns and van parks, ask at the van park there will be someone to help you
• Awning must be retracted when strong winds and heavy rain predicted
• Caravan Size for van parks as they will want to know: This Van has a total length of 7.85m (25ft). Please quote this size when checking with the caravan park that the Caravan will fit on the site.
• Cleaning. All we ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away. We will attend to the linen and launder after your stay/hire
• If it is heavily soiled there will be extra cleaning fees taken out of your bond
• We have included cleaning items for your convenience if needed these include:
• Dish washing liquid liquid hand soap Multipurpose surface spray Toilet paper Broom dustpan and brush
• Chux & Dish sponge Tea Towels Chemical toilet sachets
• Please follow instruction in welcome book and you tube channel videos

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
