- Small Grocery order on request & List supplied by Hirer (cost to be added to hire, out of season items not available) - Pet-Friendly - Festivals - upon request, some may not be approved (cleaning Fee $380.00) - Off grid (Solar + water included, so no powered sites) - Heating /Aircon, Hot water service & Microwave ONLY works on Mains power. - XTend Annex available to be set up upon request (additional charge $190.00 setup), Not part of the Van setup.

• * DELIVERY only, our van & Setup for your arrival (No Towing allowed)
• *EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe , call CAMPLIFY ON 1300 416 133
• Camplify will call NRMA for you
• * DAMAGE If damage happens It must be reported immediately call CAMPLIFY ON 1300 416 133, with the following details who, what, where, when and time

• *No festivals / Music Concerts
• *CLEANING Return the van in clean condition, or cleaning will incur a charge.
• a) $380.00 for cleaning
• b) $490.00 emptying, cleaning of the toilet
• We DO NOT offer a cleaning service as highlighted in the Camplify Form above.
• this amount will be taken off the bond.
• *Deposit to be paid within One Day (24 hours) within accepting hire, failure to complete will result in cancellation.
• *Minimum hire period is three (3) nights off peak .
• Weekends are a Three (3) day min.
• Christmas/school holidays are peak periods with a minimum hire of five (5) nights.
• Long weekends, events and public holidays are classed as peak periods with a minimum of four (4) nights.
• *No smoking in or around van. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fee, we will be checking.
• *PET Hirer must bring their own bed for their Pet
• Pet are not allowed to sleep on dinning sofa and sleeping beds
• Pet can only sleep inside the van with provided bed by the hirer
• *Hirer age restriction 25+
• * 08.12.23 Delivery Charge
• Due to the ever increasing cost of fuel at the bowser, we are no longer willing to absorb the cost of returning to pick up our wonderful caravan.
• So until further notice we will be charging No negotiations relating to these charges as this is an ongoing recouperation of costs we are no longer willing to absorb.
