Hiring rules
- This van is can only be used at any of Broome’s 6 Caravan parks.
- NO SMOKING Inside van or under awning please.
- PETS Are not permitted sorry.
- FIRES No fires under or near the awning. Please ensure windows are closed to avoid smoking out the caravan. CLEANING Please clean all equipment used and remove your rubbish. Although everyones standard of cleanliness is different, as a general rule of thumb we hope our hirers leave the van in a similar condition as they found it using the supplied cleaning products and equipment. Excessive cleaning will incur a minimum fee of $100.00.
- LOSS OR DAMAGE Please report any loss or damage to owner immediately.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
