Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alix 5.0Very easy hire! Van was delivered and set up promptly and included all we needed for a simple getaway with family. Would hire again.
David Victor 4.5The van does not have solar power or battery charging from an anderson plug. Further the refrigerator (good size) does not run from the battery. In short if you are camping off the grid you must run a generator all the time. However the van is very comfortable and spacious and tows well. Reece and Kirsten are very friendly and helpful
Stacey 5.0Kirsten and Reece were great at communicating during drop off and pick up. Reece was awesome reversing the van into the tight space we had for the van. The van was perfect and we really enjoyed our time in it. Will definitely use it again. Thanks so much to them both.
