This Van has a 12 PIN connection, we can supply 12 pin to 7 pin converter free of charge if your vehicle has 7 Pin connection so no stress. The vehicle needs to be able to have a 2000kg Towing capacity as a minimum. RECOMMENDATIONS - All linen including towels, fitted sheets, blankets and pillows should be brought along. Mattresses come covered with mattress protectors. Another good option is to bring sleeping bags or a light quilt depending on the season. - Cooking oils seasoning and spices. - Tea towels are handy to bring along also. - Also don't forget your toilet paper. Additional Items available for Hire - Portable Electric Brake Hire available ($50.00 per hire)

Hiring rules

Hiring Rules and Conditions
• Towing mirrors are for hire if required.
• The van does not come with bed linen and pillows, but mattress protectors are provided on each bed.
• We ask that you report ALL damages no matter how small.
• NO smoking in the van. If evidence customer will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee.
• You can have the option of selfcleaning the van. If you choose to selfclean, we provide all the cleaning materials and products. However, if you prefer not to selfclean then select the cleaning option upon booking. If the van is not returned clean, then a fee will be applied. Portaloo must be emptied in waste dump points and cleaned otherwise a $100.00 charge will apply.
• NO offroad / NO beach driving / NO extended gravel roads. Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing before the trip begins.
• Please note a small service fee will be charged at the time of booking which covers gas bottles, cleaning products, basic condiments, and general wear and tear.
• No large hard objects like eskys or bikes to be transported inside the caravan.
• The van is $99.00 per day outside of peak times at a minimum 4day hire. OnPeak periods such as school holidays and Christmas holidays is a minimum of 5 days hire at $135.00.

• If you change your mind 45 Days prior to booking you will get full credit (Refunds available upon request)

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Needed the van for guests visiting from overseas. Wen could not have been more helpful and accommodating for us. Excellent owner , great communication at all times. Van was perfect for us.slept 3 adults easily and comfortably, diesel heater was very welcome in the mornings and everything needed kitchen wise was provided for the 3 week visit. Relatives even mentioned double bed was way more comfortable than their own van bed. Highly recommended. Thank you Wen
