The Babylonian Chariot is a direct ticket to relaxation and comfort. It is the perfect van for a couples getaway, a road trip with a friend, or a solo escape through Tasmania’s awesome wilderness.
Our camper is fitted with a solar panel that powers lights, two USB ports, and a small fridge for a comfortable off grid experience.
All cooking essentials are included, camping chairs and table, plus the most comfortable double bed so you don’t lose a wink of sleep.
All you bedding and linen is included in the trip, and a feather down duna with extra blankets to keep you toasty on cold nights. All you have to worry about is packing your bags!
The Babylonian chariot is fitted with a 15L water tank and a tiny fridge so you can enjoy icy beverages all trip long.
The spacious design of the bed affords maximum head height, not at the cost of any storage space. Easy to access cavities and draw disappear all belongings for effortless reach later.

Additional information
Pick up and drop off in South Hobart. Well behaved pets are allowed at an additional cost of $25.00/day. We charge a $50.00 cleaning fee. There's a $500.00 security deposit to cover guest damages. There is a free 200km/day of travel with additional kilometres charged at 25c/km.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

G'day!
My Dad and I are offering our groovy van up for your Tassie holiday.
I'm 15 and this is my first car (one half of it that is). We've converted it into a slick camper that's comfy, thrifty on diesel and easy to keep tidy.
It has a few USB ports to charge your devices, a tiny solar fridge, good interior lighting, blockout curtains, moveable LPG gas cooking, warm doona and lots of space under the bed to store your tucka and kit.
