Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alejandro 5.0Only vans is the best host weve ever had! They are amazing, helpful and super communicative. Well definitely rent with them again. Just a heads up to the renters, the van is a bit bigger than we expected, and it doesnt drive like a normal car/SUV, it drives like a small truck with a diesel engine. Happy traveling!
Angela 5.0We had a lovely roadtrip around Albany and Margaret River. Moscato was more than we expected, it had everything we needed and plenty of storage to keep all our stuff and food. Bed was very comfortable and the outdoor shower was great for a quick wash after beach :). Highly recommended for any trip in WA! the communication was fantastic and quick. We will hire one of these again n the future.
