Explore our local Hunter region, from Pokolbins vineyards to Port Stephens beautiful coastline and beaches or go further afield. North, south or west, Eddie is along for the ride. KITCHEN AND DINING: - You can cook and eat inside or outside, Eddie is equipped with a small fridge, double gas burner and can also connect to 240 power. - Cookware, glasses, plates, utensils, bowls and coffee mugs are all provided with the van. Please wash and pack away after each use. - Fresh water is on board - 12volt power from a new deep cycle 120ah battery and 200w solar blanket. SLEEPING: - Two down below and two small people up top - Screens on windows OFF GRID: - 12V battery should last a couple of days running the fridge and lights if its sunny weather. PETS: - Pets will be considered on application - additional cleaning fee of $25.00 - own linen must be provided if pets coming. No pets on bedding please LOCATION: - Pick up at 7 Gundy Street Whitebridge 2290 between 8-10am. Drop off between 3-4pm (times can be flexible with consultation) - Van is to be dropped off clean with a full tank of fuel BEFORE 4pm. An additional days hire will be charged if the van is unable to be dropped off before 4pm SERVICE FEE: -Covers the amenities and full disinfectant clean ($100.00). Van must come back in reasonable pre-hire condition - with a full tank of fuel. Additional charges may apply if the van is not returned with full tank of fuel or is not cleaned. EMERGENCY - If you hear any unusual sounds or have have concerns pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. Then call me! * No Candles of any description are to be lit or used within this van. Please be aware of smoke from campfires and shut windows and doors if wind is blowing smoke towards the van. Please consider other van users here - not everyone likes the smell of campfire smoke! and it is difficult to get that smell out. * NO Off Road Use * Dates are not secured until booking has been paid for in full. 🚭No Smoking/Vaping in or near the van (totally Prohibited) Please report any damage no matter how minor. 🔥IT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS HIRED OUT IN, with the exception of general minor wear and tear. Pretty Fair - Otherwise a $250.00 clean fee may be charged FAQS: -Can I leave my vehicle at your premises whilst we are using Eddie - Yes, providing you have full comprehensive insurance and its a small vehicle. - Yes you can take Eddie on a long drive, please discuss your travel plans with us before you leave as additional kilometre charges may apply. 200km/day allowance in booking. $0.60/ km additional charges apply. -International drivers are welcome (please bring international licence and passport)

Hiring rules

• No Smoking in van
• No Off Road driving unless prior approval is given
• No more then the maximum number of people (4) are to sleep and use the campervan on hire.
• The Campervan is to be returned clean and the fuel tank full of UNLEADED Petrol.
• If you are planning a long trip, please let us know as there may be an additional km charge if doing over the allotted 200km/day allowance.
• PLEASE park at least 10m from any open fire
• If linen is provided, it must be returned in reusable condition with minimum wear and tear and no staining. Additional charges may be incurred.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
