Hiring rules
- Ivy must be cleaned and returned in the same condition it was received. There will be a cleaning fee of $100.00 if it is not cleaned and returned in the same condition.
- If you lose the key there will be a replacement fee.
- Any damages or breakages of items will result in a replacement/repair fee or an insurance claim.
- Please make sure you refill the tank with petrol before you return Ivy. There will be a $150.00 fee if the tank is returned empty.
- Ivy comes with a 200km/day allowance. If that limit is exceeded, there will be a 30 cent fee for each extra kilometer. For bookings over 2 weeks the kilometre allowance will be determined on the amount of days/weeks.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

About the owner
I am from New York originally, but have been living in Australia for 6 years now. My travels have taken me all over the world and landed me in the Northern Rivers. I love everything about the van life, but I am now taking some time to settle down and would love to be able to share that feeling of being on the open road with you, even if just for a weekend!
