Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    OG was a lovely lady. I had her for six weeks, and she got me to the places I wanted to go. The van is well-equipped, although it's not as new and clean as portrayed in the photos. Dan and especially Matty helped share recommendations, info about the van, things to keep in mind, etc. I had some bumps along the way, which were all resolved, and overall, it was a great way to explore Australia.

    The O.G is the real deal. That bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Amazing service and would hire again with no hesitation

    The whole experience was great! Booked the van on a whim and Dan and Matt were super accomodating. The van itself was awesome. Very comfortable inside and has everything you need for a trip away. It also drives super easy

    We had a fantastic time. The van drives really well, beds super comfy, communication with Dan and Matt was easy and helpful. Fridge was fantastic and the burner. We gave Matt some feedback on return and hes on it. It now has mozzie screens which were great. And the art on the van sparked lots of lovely conversations. We did bring our own spare jackery and used that for charging as up until now charging is behind the drivers seat and we had rainy weather.

    Dan was excellent to deal with. Very quick responses and very helpful with some dumb questions from myself :) OG is great, had everything we needed for a week away [we did take mosquito net for the hatch door which came in handy] and heaps of storage which we appreciated. thank you!
