The best thing about Beryl is that we're located in the Hunter Valley - we have vineyards, walking and cycling trails, beaches, lakes and great food! Want more info? visit www. huntervalleykombi. com Beryl is immaculate, we ask that you return her just they way she was passed over to you. We also ask that you keep here under 90km/h and stay away from the freeway Although fully restored and sporting a reconditioned engine, we would like you to stay within 130km of her home. Sorry youngn's.. no hiring if you are under 25! Last, we are located in Newcastle, so a quick 2 hour train ride north from Sydney will get you safely to your pick up location.

I was very lucky that Nick was happy for me to pick up "Beryl" the Kombi very early on Christmas morning so I could surprise my family with a Kombi adventure. Nick had Beryl ready to go and went through everything thoroughly. The Kombi is fun to drive and is very well maintained. There was plenty of space for the four of us and the extras i.e. fridge, tables, chairs, plates etc are all very clean and ready to use.
We loved having Beryl for a couple of days and definitely recommend it for anyone wishing for some Kombi fun!

We had a great time in Beryl, took our time cruising up to Forster for the weekend. Bed was very comfy, & spend a lot of time on the camp chairs under the awning. we will definitely be doing again in the future. Nic was a great host & is all to happy to make sure your experience is as you expect & more!

This is the second time hiring Beryl. She is a beauty. We had a great long weekend at the Kombi festival and sleeping one night beside the beach. Great conversation starter. Nick was a fabulous host. Very accommodating before, during and after the hire. Highly recommend.

Beryl was such a dream! We took her to Hunter Valley, and spent a wonderful weekend cruising along the vineyards, lounging on the lawn, and cooking up nice meals to enjoy in the “living room” area. Beryl was easy to drive, and many people came up to us to ask about her! Nick was also super accommodating (we were running late picking the Kombi up) and was an excellent communicator throughout the whole stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time with Beryl over the weekend. Fully equipped for camping we spent the first night at Seal Rocks and then toured the Hunter Valley Vineyards the following day. Great fun to drive and drove well without any problems. Nick was a great host and was very accommodating. I would recommend to any one looking for a great weekend escape.

Beryl was just as much fun to drive as she is to stay in. She is a real head turner she really gets everybody's attention as you drive around. Beryl handles and drives great and is heaps of fun to drive. Nicholas keeps her in perfect condition and she was very clean. He is also very helpful and was happy to answer any question I threw at him. The bed itself is very comfy and the awning is massive. All in all a perfect little van that is heaps of fun.
