Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Joshua 5.0Luke was an absolute legend and this van was amazing! Any issues that did arise (minor things with a few of the gadgets) were addressed immediately and he was super flexible with the return ensuring our final day with the van was very smooth. We brought our 1-year old on a 2 week adventure to a few National Parks in Northern NSW and this van was her favourite thing ever. I was going to say that I wouldn't recommend the van, necessarily, for off-grid long extended stays because the fridge didn't last very long, but Luke has assured me that maybe it's time for a new battery and that he would suss it before the next adventure, so if you're looking to blend national parks and plug-in areas absolutely no dramas with the fridge. Nothing else stopped working (like the water and lights) even with the van sitting for a few days. Really loved our time and can't wait to do it all again!
