• **Important Information for Your Booking:**
• **Booking Fees:** Camplify adds fees to bookings. The basic cost is outlined above, but additional charges will be shown before you confirm your booking. Owners do not see these extra charges and do not receive them.
• **Additional Charge for Long Trips:** Hirers are permitted to travel 200km/day with a charge of 30c per KM for additional travel.
• **Emergency Procedures:** If any engine lights appear on the dashboard, pull over immediately. In the event of an accident, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify at 1300 416 133 so they can contact the NRMA. Afterward, please call me.
• **No Smoking Policy:** Smoking is not permitted inside the van, but it is allowed outside.
• **Reporting Damage:** If any damage occurs to the van, you must report it immediately, providing details such as who was involved, what happened, where it occurred, and when it took place. You will be responsible for replacing or covering the cost of any damaged equipment.
• **Driving Restrictions:** Offroad driving, beach driving, and extended gravel road driving are not allowed.
• **Unsealed Roads:** Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing via Camplify Messages before your trip. Please familiarize yourself with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of your insurance coverage.
• **Fuel Policy:** You must return the van with a full tank of UNLEADED 91 fuel. All hires come with a full tank upon departure.
• **Cleaning Expectations:** Please clean the equipment after use. The van itself does not need to be cleaned; however, if excessive cleaning is required, a charge of $20.00 will be applied.
• **Pick Up and Drop Off Times:** You can pick up the van anytime after 7 am on the day of your hire, and it must be returned by 8 pm on the final day of your hire. Early pickup or late dropoff may be available upon request.
• **Toll Charges:** Any tolls incurred during your trip will be passed on to you by Camplify after the hire is completed.
• **PreHire Check:** On the day of your booking, an extensive prehire check will take place, where you will be shown how everything in the van works. This process can take up to 30 minutes, so please plan accordingly.
• **Minimum Age Requirement:** The hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Great little van, exactly as advertised. I thought there was an issue and Noumans response time was so fast and helped me out with my mistake.

  The van was surprisingly comfortable to sleep in, even when windy outside. Items needing rectifing: The passenger seat bracket was broken on one side, causing the seat to lean to the left, which was very uncomfortable. The dashboard lights did not illuminate the display. The windscreen washer did not work. As noted in the previous review, the sink didn't drain. The steering was very loose when driving in high cross winds. However, even with all those items, we still had an enjoyable 5 days on the road.

  We had a good time using the van for a 1 night trip! However, the van did not lock from the drivers side. So we had to lock it from the passengers side by climbing over, then locking the door on the passengers side. This was annoying as we had to unlock it the same way but it didnt ruin the trip. Also, the sink inside the van would fill with water and not empty with the water pump, and there was an instance where we drove then parked, and the water from the sink went everywhere so we cleaned it, but our shoes got wet. Otherwise, Nouman was very informative and took on our feedback when we returned the van and we had a very nice 2 day trip nonetheless! Thanks
