Hiring rules

• No smoking or cooking inside van if evidence found a $100.00 fee will be charged.
• Festivals please send a message first. Approval is at our discretion. No driving under the influence of any substances.
• No dirt road driving stick to bitumen sealed roads if you want insurance cover.
• We love dogs and would like to give you the option to bring 1 dog.
• All hirers are given a full tank of DIESEL and MUST be returned with a full tank of DIESEL.
• Van must be returned free of rubbish and clean. If not an excess cleaning fees of $50.00 MINIMUM and up to $200.00 MAXIMUM applies
• Up to 200klm travel PER DAY is included, any extra klms per day will be charged at 30c per klm.
• All dishes and cooking equipment, including stove must be cleaned before returning otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
• If an emergency occurs, please safely pull over and contact Camplify on 1300 416133 (who will contact NRMA) and then please call me.
• If damage occurs you must take photos and report it immediately to Camplify and myself
• All toll costs and fines to be paid by the hirer.
• Hirer must be 21 year of age or older for insurance purposes. Please do not allow other people to drive because they will not be covered under insurance.

  The camper was very economical to drive and we were surprised how many facilities it had in a small van.. we would contact Astrid again for future trips !

  Once I got comfortable driving a VW again it wasnt long after starting out on the M1 that my holiday in this van was everything that I had hoped for - the drive was good. The van was comfy and cosy making for a really beautiful camper van break with Astrid. The owner was a good communicator going through everything with me - she made me feel at ease with enjoying her van whilst taking good care of her van - hoping to hire Astrid again - maybe same time next year but hopefully before ! Loved this van.

  I loved this van. I have experienced campervans before so I was delighted with the way my two week trip went. The van is set out well and the van itself drives easily. The only trick I worked out is you must click the unlock twice lock click once is enough. I was comfortable and wouldnt hesitate to rent it again. Thanks Julie for your support.
