Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Cassie 1.8Unfortunately the van was not as advertised. The aircon does not work it needs to be re-gassed. No third seat belt. There was no toilet. There was no microwave. There was no TV. The awning was broken and the freezer flap was broken (would fall off while driving). Also returning the van was difficult as only street parking and parking was an issue.

Blake 4.8We had a great experience with Mathilda going up and down the Far North QLD coast. Despite being a little old, she was super reliable and we didn't run into any troubles. Communication with Miriam was super quick and easy and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The van interior had pretty much everything we needed, although taller people won't be able to stand up straight inside. The coffee machine was a nice touch :)
