Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a lovely few days camping in Byron Bay and Flat Rock with Donovan. Very comfy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.. Leo was very helpful and easy to deal with and responded promptly to messages. We really enjoyed the experience!

    We hired the Donavan for 15 days to travel along the east coast and our experience with Leo and his van was a 10/10. He has truly thought of absolutely everything and was always available if we had any doubts along the way. The van is beautiful, very easy to drive and handle, and we felt incredibly comfortable for the entire trip. It had everything we needed (bonus points for the big fridge!) and even a beach umbrella, which was such a thoughtful touch. It gives you all the vibes its such a pleasure to park by a beach, open it up completely, and just read, draw, listen to music, relax, or even take a little nap. It really makes the whole experience feel special. If you're thinking of hiring his van, we hope this review helps you take the plunge you wont regret it!

    DonaVan was even more magical and practical than I expected. I honestly wanted to keep it forever. So beautiful, so comfortable, so functional. Highly recommend.

    Leo & his van are amazing! Leo is so accomodating and helpful and the van is spot on! Hes thought of everything and makes for very easy van living We had the best trip and cant wait to rent again
