Hiring rules

• Here is the fun bit; 😀
• Up to 500 kilometres per day. A charge of $5.00 per kilometre is charged over this. Send a message as sometimes this can be waived to help you out.
• All booking approvals are subject to the kilometres being travelled to the amount of days being booked.
• Festivals accepted only upon application and being approved. A $900.00 fee applies to non approval festival visits and stays. Please send a message with the details first for approval.
• No smoking or vaping in or near the vehicle. A $800.00 deep clean fee applies.
• No pets.
• No cooking with the stove inside.
• No off road driving or driving through deep water.Sealed roads only please.If you need to travel to your destination using a dirt road for a short distance, eg a farm house or in a national park that is fine but you need to let us know for approval with Camplify. A $600.00 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dust inside the campervan for non approved dirt roads. Excessive dust can also make the door locks inoperative.
• The campervan does not have a waste water tank for long National Park stays.
• We supply rubbish bags, wipes, dust pan and brush etc. Please do a clean close to how it was delivered to you otherwise it's a $100.00 an hour cleaning fee. No need to wash the outside and please do not go through a car wash at any stage. We will do a thorough clean and car wash for the next customer.
• Tolls payable by hirer on return. The vehicle is fitted with a Toll Tag.
• The vehicle is fitted with a towbar. Please no towing of trailers etc..
• If it gets windy or a storm is approaching, please wind in the awning and lower the pop top roof.
• There are 2 types of bike racks available to suit your type of bike frame. The racks do get in the way of opening the tailgate. Rated to 60kgs.
• You will receive a full tank of Petrol on pick up. Please refill with Petrol before drop off. Heaps of service stations in Nambour on your way back.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  The van was very clean with everything I needed. It was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. The bed linens and towels were of a very good quality. David was lovely to deal with and a good communicator. I would recommend David's van to anyone.
