Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jacinta 5.0The handover was great, Brad took the time to explain everything and anything we weren't sure of, he was happy to communicate/problem solve remotely. The van was everything we expected and hoped to trial before taking the leap and buying our own. We know what we like and don't, so hiring was a great way to test this. We didn't get to try out the shower as we were off grid and wanted to save our water/battery power, but the ability to use our portaloo inside and not have to brave the 8 degrees, was a bonus. I would highly recommend this van to anyone.
