Hiring rules
- No Smoking
- Provided with full tank of diesel and is to be returned with full tank of diesel otherwise refuelling fee charged at $3.00 per litre.
- Toll fees charged on return
- Please return the vehicle in the same condition it was taken, clean inside & out otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will apply
- Unsealed travel must be preapproved otherwise an offroad clean will apply $300.00 if there is evidence of unsealed travel
- Distance is capped at 200ks per day averaged over the trip (e.g 5 days = 1000ks) additional ks are charged at $1.00 per k.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
