Hiring rules
- No Off Road driving.
- No Beach driving.
- No Smoking.
- No Vaping.
- No Pets.
- No Music Festival or parties.
- Van must be returned in a clean condition, both inside and outside.
- Clean the equipment used in the van; put things back where you got them; discard your rubbish; empty the sink drain tank.
- Put everything in its original place.
- Must be returned in full tank with diesel fuel.
- If there is a bad weather, put awning away.
- In case of Emergency or Roadside assistance, call 1300 416 133 or Customer Support (02) 4075 2000, Option 4.
- Engine Light/Fault – pull over immediately.
- Road Accident – get off the road and stay safe.
- Damages If damage happens, you must report it immediately. Information on "who", "what", "where" and "when" will be required.
- Rate includes a maximum of 200 kms of travel per day. Additional km charge is $0.40/km.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
