Hiring rules

• No smoking.
• No offroads, beach driving or extended gravel roads.
• Toll fees and fines are NOT covered in the rental fee.
• Car has 3 seats with seatbelts.
• Full valid licence is required.
• Sleeps 2.
• Manual transmission.
• 2 day minimum hire.
• Flexible pick up and drop off point.
• Height 2 x 2 m, length 5m, width 2m
• No offroad driving.
• 200k per day distance allowance, extra k's are charged at 40c per k.
• Hirer must return the van by arranged time or incur an extra full or half day charge ( up to 4 hours incur 1/2 day fee, over 4 hours incur full day fee), unless other arrangements are made.
• Van must be swept clean and all surfaces cleaned with the kitchen products available. Drawers left tidy and organised and rubbish removed. Failure to do so will incur a $100.00 cleaning fee.
• DO NOT WASH THE OUTSIDE (thankyou) :)
• Report any mishaps or breakages to the owner asap and we can work something out thats fair.
• Full tank of fuel on return.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe,
• for ROADSIDE HELP call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 12v and 240v power for charging devices.

  We had the most memorable weekend away with Herty Gerty! The van came with absolutely everything we needed all we had to do was bring our own clothes. We really had to think about what we would suggest to add or change the van but both of us honestly could not think of a single thing. Shelley was incredible, so helpful and always active with communicating leading up to the day with any queries I had! After our experience I dont think we will be needing to look anywhere else if we ever need to hire another van, we will definitely be hiring the Herty Gerty again in the near future. Thank you so much again Shelley! You were amazing x

  We had a lovely experience from the beginning where Shelley and Isabelle made the process very easy and communication was excellent. The Van was exactly as seen on the pictures - clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We absolutely loved the whole experience and we would definitely recommend it!
